Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent construction experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience in commercial, industrial, or federal construction.
• Experience specifically managing self-perform drywall, metal framing, and/or acoustical ceiling scopes strongly preferred.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar scopes of work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet-based project tracking.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, production tracking, and project administration.
• OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial and administrative responsibilities for self-perform drywall, metal framing, and ACT scopes.
• Track project budgets, costs, labor projections, and production throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee multi-million-dollar self-perform subcontracts and scopes of work.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent on workforce requirements, production goals, and equipment needs.
• Support material procurement and coordinate deliveries to maintain project schedules.
• Assist in project schedule development and updates for self-perform work.
• Monitor installation production to maintain productivity and quality expectations.
