Job SummaryDroga5 is looking for a Social Account Manager / PM to sit at the heart of our social practice - equal parts strategic thinker, project conductor, and client champion. You'll own the day-to-day momentum of social programs across iconic brands, connecting creative, strategy, production, and analytics into work that moves fast and lands hard. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAccount Management & Client Relations- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, managing expectations and building trust across stakeholders
- Translate client briefs and feedback into clear, actionable direction for internal creative and strategy teams
- Prepare and lead status calls, presentations, and review meetings with confidence and clarity
- Proactively flag risks, resolve roadblocks, and keep clients informed at every step
Project & Workflow Management- Own end-to-end project management for social content - from kickoff through delivery - across always-on and campaign workstreams
- Build and manage timelines, content calendars, approval workflows, and status trackers to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Partner closely with producers, creatives, and strategists to scope work accurately and resource it appropriately
- Drive content through multi-layered review and approval processes while maintaining brand standards and deadlines
- Maintain clear documentation: briefs, recaps, meeting notes, and workflow guides
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Act as the connective tissue between creative, strategy, production, paid media, and analytics teams
- Support the Social Account Director in identifying opportunities where social can add value within broader client engagements
- Coordinate with legal, comms, and compliance teams to ensure all content meets platform and brand guidelines
Reporting & Optimization- Track campaign performance and compile regular reporting to share with clients and inform content strategy
- Assist in building wrap reports, learnings documents, and optimization recommendations
Here is what you need:- 3+ years of experience in social media account management, project management, or integrated agency roles
Preferred Qualifications: - Solid understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X) and the content behaviors that drive each
- Exceptional organizational skills - you can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing your cool
- Strong communicator who writes clearly, speaks confidently, and knows how to tailor a message to the room
- Experience with project management and social tools (Asana, Monday, Sprinklr, Sprout, or similar)
- A collaborative, solutions-first mindset - you solve problems before they become fires
- Genuine enthusiasm for pop culture, digital trends, and the social landscape
