Pay Range: $75,410.00 - $100,549.99

We are seeking a Driver Supervisor to lead transportation operations for a major construction project supported by an onsite portable concrete plant. This role is responsible for managing a team of professional drivers and a fleet of trucks to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient delivery performance while meeting customer, project, and operational requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate daily driver and fleet operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time deliveries.


  • Supervise, coach, and develop drivers while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and customer service.


  • Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle readiness, and transportation performance to maximize operational efficiency.


  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, project requirements, and safety standards.


  • Collaborate with plant, production, quality, and project teams to support customer expectations and project schedules.
