The Driver Manager is responsible for leading transportation and driver operations while ensuring full compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards. This role oversees company-owned and leased equipment, driver performance, yard and terminal operations, and coordination with internal and external partners to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery of goods. The Driver Manager plays a critical role in maintaining regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and a high-performing driver workforce.

Minimum Qualifications- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- (10+ years of CDL or transportation experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
- Previous supervisory or management experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations
- Demonstrated knowledge of DOT HOS rules and transportation regulations
- Working knowledge of geographic service areas and route planning
- Understanding of labor laws and company policy compliance
Physical Demands- Ability to work in a transportation and yard environment
- May require walking yards, inspecting equipment, and interacting with drivers and vendors
Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities:Starting annual salary of $78,000 - $95,000 (based on experience)
