Position DescriptionTake the lead in driving operational excellence and customer service.Reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Manager, the Downstream Planning Leader is responsible for leading production planning and downstream operations to optimize service, inventory, and plant performance.
What will you do?- Lead the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and balance demand with capacity
- Drive Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) and scheduling execution
- Coordinate material flow from suppliers through production to customers
- Ensure consistency in planning parameters and inventory policies
- Identify and implement process improvements

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
