Job Summary

The OneTrust Cookie & Privacy Management Architect will architect, implement, and manage enterprise-wide privacy and consent management solutions using the OneTrust platform. The role will provide technical leadership for enterprise privacy and consent management initiatives, including cookie compliance, privacy rights automation, data mapping and discovery, privacy assessments, consent management, third-party risk, and incident management. The architect will establish privacy governance frameworks, design enterprise integrations, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Data Governance, and technology teams to support global privacy requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of OneTrust Privacy Management solutions across the organization.
• Configure and manage OneTrust modules including Cookie Consent and Preference Management, Privacy Rights Automation, Data Mapping, Data Discovery, PIA, DPIA, Consent and Preference Management, Third-Party Risk Management, and Incident and Breach Management.
• Develop enterprise privacy architecture and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Design and implement cookie consent solutions for global websites and digital properties.
• Manage cookie inventories, cookie classification, and consent categorization.
• Configure geolocation-based consent models and multilingual privacy notices.
• Support compliance with GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, PIPEDA, and other applicable global privacy regulations.
• Establish Privacy-by-Design principles across business and technology initiatives.
• Lead privacy impact assessments and risk evaluations.
• Define and maintain Records of Processing Activities (RoPA).
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and Data Governance teams to support regulatory compliance.
• Architect integrations between OneTrust and enterprise systems including ServiceNow, Salesforce, Azure, and custom applications.
• Design APIs and automation workflows supporting privacy operations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to implementation teams.
• Lead solution design reviews, governance reviews, and architecture approvals.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology functions.

Required Qualifications
• 15+ years of experience in Privacy, Data Governance, Compliance, Risk Management, or Enterprise Architecture.
• 9+ years of hands-on experience implementing and managing OneTrust solutions.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale privacy and consent management programs.
• Deep understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, ePrivacy Directive, LGPD, PIPEDA, and global privacy regulations.
• Strong experience with cookie management, consent frameworks, and preference centers.
• Experience developing privacy governance frameworks and operating models.
• Strong understanding of enterprise privacy architecture and governance.
• Experience with OneTrust integrations, APIs, and automation workflows.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business, legal, compliance, security, data governance, and technology stakeholders.

Certifications
• Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) certification from IAPP is required.
