.NET Lead Job Summary: The .NET Lead will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies and modern software engineering practices. The role combines hands-on .NET development with technical leadership, solution architecture, mentoring, stakeholder collaboration, DevOps, and AI-assisted development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building enterprise-scale web applications and APIs, driving CI/CD and secure coding practices, and evaluating emerging technologies. Healthcare and enterprise application experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies. • Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications and APIs. • Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams. • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions. • Drive adoption of modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD and DevOps. • Participate in solution design, estimation, and technical decision-making. • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization techniques. • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and AI-driven development tools to improve productivity. • Support Agile development practices, continuous improvement, and innovation initiatives.
