Job Description

Serves as a trusted advisor to customers, partnering closely with them to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements. Engages with key stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate critical inputs into clear requirements and effective solution designs. Defines and architects end-to-end solutions, incorporating customer-specific adaptations by leveraging the Nokia portfolio of products, systems, and services, as well as third-party technologies when appropriate. Ensures solution alignment with business and technical needs while applying established architecture standards, methodologies, and best practices. Maintains the technical integrity, scalability, and sustainability of solutions throughout their lifecycle, ensuring continued alignment with evolving customer and business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Nokia Internal Stake holder engagements with solution capabilities from multiple sources and technologies.
  • Build understanding and preference for Nokia products and solutions by influencing regional team decisions and strategic direction.
  • Demonstrate significant operational as well as commercial knowledge of clients' business and uses this to build credibility as well as identify sales opportunities.
  • Define new & innovative delivery model and package integrated solutions not only limited to Nokia Net's portfolio Leads training, development, and co-ordination of activities of more junior consultants, and regularly leads project teams.
  • System Integration Project and execution plan management.
  • Provide delivery value proposition & model.
  • Ensuring competent resources on time every time.
  • Provide Presales support for portfolio.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in IMS Projects with BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience for IMS Core Equipment: SBC (essential). CFX and NTAS (good to have).
  • Knowledge of IMS Network and functionality of products such as OpenStack SBC, VMware. SBC, RMS SBC, Cloud CBIS, CBAM. Should be familiar with SBC call flows & KPI's.
  • Experience in Cloud SBC, VMware SBC, RMS SBC Design & Deployment.
  • Capable of understanding Technical Notes, Protocol Specs, Method of Procedure.

It will be nice if you also have:
  • Linux knowledge is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of Project Management skill is an advantage.

P,S: This is an onsite role for Dallas, Texas. Relocation is not offered for this role.
