Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of relevant experience, including 3-5+ years in architecture or senior tech roles.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
• Expertise in hybrid, hyperconverged, and hyperscaler architectures (AWS, AZURE, GCP, Nutanix).
• Skilled in system integration and managing dependencies.
• Strong background in architecture governance, risk management, and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the architectural vision and roadmaps for hybrid infrastructure platforms.
• Develop reference architectures, implementation patterns, and proof-of-concepts.
• Provide architectural leadership across on-prem and cloud environments in multiple tech areas.
• Establish design principles, standards, and architectural guardrails.
• Ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and resilient.
• Lead integration architecture and dependency mapping with enterprise systems.
• Identify and mitigate architectural risks and operational challenges.
