Program OverviewThe Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.
Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.Task 7 - Enterprise Architecture (EA) - provides architecture governance, data management, and IT planning services that ensure ARNG's enterprise systems and infrastructure remain structurally aligned with current and future mission objectives. This task area oversees infrastructure architecture, network design, capacity planning, policy and compliance, and DoDAF viewpoint development, supporting the ARNG G6's ability to make sound, architecture-driven decisions for the modernization and consolidation of its enterprise IT environment
Position SummaryECS is seeking a DODAF Documentation Specialist - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard ENOCS program. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in developing and updating DoDAF architecture products, ensuring they align with established enterprise architecture guidance. This position is integral to maintaining architecture inventories and ensuring artifact traceability, thereby supporting the configuration control and publication processes. By coordinating with architects and analysts, the candidate will ensure that documentation accurately reflects current and future-state architectures, contributing to the program's overall mission success.
Responsibilities- Develop and update DoDAF architecture products, including AV, CV, OV, SV, PV, and SdtV viewpoints.
- Maintain comprehensive architecture inventories and ensure artifact traceability.
- Support configuration control and publication processes for architecture documentation.
- Coordinate with architects and analysts to align documentation with current and future-state architectures.
- Ensure compliance with established enterprise architecture guidance.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain documentation accuracy and relevance.
- Contribute to the development of documentation standards and best practices.
- Support the integration of architecture documentation into broader enterprise systems.
Required Qualifications- Clearance: TS//SCI Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role Conditional Alternative at the Basic proficiency level
- Master's degree in Information Systems or Bachelor's degree in Management Science
- Minimum of 40 years of experience in data architecture, data management, and enterprise architecture
- Extensive experience in data governance, data quality management, and metadata management
- Proven track record in leading data warehouse implementations and developing data maturity assessment tools
- Experience supporting Chief Data Officer operations within federal agencies
- Possession of one or more certifications: CCSP, CFR, FITSP-M, GSEC, S+, SSCP
