Our challengeWe are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Angular, Python, and AI application development using LangGraph/LangChain frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications while integrating AI-driven solutions and agentic workflows. This role requires hands-on experience across front-end, back-end, cloud technologies, API development, and modern AI frameworks.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $95k - $100k/year & benefits (see below).
The RoleResponsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core/.NET 8, C#, and Angular.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Web Services.
- Develop AI-powered applications using Python, LangGraph, LangChain, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Design and implement multi-agent workflows, AI orchestration, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions.
- Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms and business applications.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Work with cloud-native services on Azure including App Services, Functions, Azure OpenAI, Storage, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements:- Strong experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Angular (12+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proficiency in Python for AI/ML and backend development.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and LLM integrations.
- Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Vector Databases, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with SQL Server, database design, stored procedures, and query optimization.
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, API Gateway, and Event-Driven Design.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with authentication and security frameworks such as OAuth2, JWT, and Azure AD.
Preferred, but not required:- Experience with Semantic Kernel or Microsoft AI ecosystem.
- Exposure to Prompt Engineering, AI Model Evaluation, and LLM Monitoring.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Containerization.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise Digital Transformation projects.
