In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
• Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
• Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
• Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
• Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

Required Skill and Experience
• Involved in Cyber Security incident logging and coordinate with client teams on incident prioritization, and resolution (P1-P4)
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical issues
• Coordinate with DLP Engineering team, IAM engineering, SOC engineering, etc. for complex leak issue resolution
• Assess existing data and system access policies processes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that cyber tools and policies align with organizational goals and comply with security regulations.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of Security processes, requirements, and changes is crucial.
• The analyst should also have experience in preparing reports on data leakage risks from incorrect access policies and prepare remediation and compliance reports for stakeholders.
• Very Good Communication Skills to explain technical issues, process, terminologies to non-technical resources and get the required information from them on timely basis.
• Escalate to top management on need basis if stuck to get the needed information
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Provide specialized insights and build collaborative relationships of projects

Preferred Skill and Experience
• A strong understanding of Cyber security technologies, security principles, and compliance regulations is essential.
• Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Data Security Controls and access methodologies is beneficial.
• Leverage client Security Controls, policies and framework and map them to individual SOW processes and procedures.
• Identify potential risks in the system landscape, monitor system performance and suggest optimization initiatives in line with business requirements and long-term objectives

Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
