Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in training or workforce development, ideally within the ready mix concrete or construction materials sector.
• Previous roles as a Ready Mix Operator or Regional Training Manager are advantageous.
• A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with email, scheduling applications, and online systems is essential.
• Willingness to travel within the division as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of training standards for Ready Mix Operators aligned with company goals.
• Guide and mentor Regional Training Managers and plant trainers to enhance operator skills.
• Assist in hiring and workforce planning to ensure regions are staffed with capable talent.
• Collaborate with HR and regional leaders to improve onboarding and training for new drivers.
• Travel to different locations to observe and refine training practices and ensure compliance to operational standards.
