Job DescriptionWhat you can look forward to as Digital Transformation Agent - Divisional Process Expert:- Design and develop complex business process and IT solutions in collaboration with cross-functional and global teams.
- Create technical concepts and evaluate implementation strategies for process optimization and redesign. Model and standardize processes, including responsibilities, interfaces, and resource requirements.
- Translate business requirements into IT specifications and support system implementation (SAP and ERP-related).
- Execute system testing (including UAT), define roles/authorizations, and support go-live activities.
- Lead or contribute to projects, including planning, resource management, tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive SCM ERP process improvements, global template alignment, and S&OP / IBP rollout initiatives.
- Provide training, second-level support, and continuous improvement for plants and regional SCM operations.
- Support regional SCM tasks related to suppliers' escalations and bottlenecks, inventory management, crisis management and performance controlling.
Your Profile as Digital Transformation Agent - Divisional Process Expert:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience analyzing and improving business or supply chain processes.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP (MM, PP, SD, WM) and their process interdependencies.
- Experience in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS, Symbio) and value stream analysis.
- Proven analytical thinking with attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international and cross-cultural environment.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet project goals.
