Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $60,000/yr - $121,300/yr plus bonus. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. KeyAccountabilities
Financial Analysis
- Conduct thorough financial analysis of assigned divisions to support business decision-making.
- Evaluate financial performance againstbenchmarks and/orkeyperformance indicators (KPIs).
- Provideregularinsightto executive leaders regarding trends,opportunities,andrisks.
Forecasting & Budgeting
- Lead the development of financial forecasts and budgets for all assigned divisions.
- Collaborate with executive and department leaders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Analyze budget/forecastvariances and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with business partners to build business cases for investmentsand projects.
- Collaborate with HR partners to align budgets/forecasts with staffing models.
- Collaborate with ITand Procurementpartners to executetechnologyroadmaps and projects.
- Integrate key projectpro-formasinto financial reporting cadence, forecasts, and budgets.
Reporting and Communication
- Present clear, concise, and insightful financialupdates to executive leaders and teams.Participate in business partner team meetings.
- Create ad-hoc reports as needed to support strategic initiatives.
- Communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor27s degree in business administration,finance, oraccounting.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and/or financial reporting.
- Effective communication andstory-tellingskills.
- Strong analytical andcritical thinking skills.
- Comfortable working with cross functional teams and leaders.
- Experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday, Empyrean, Longview).
- Familiarity with relevant accounting standardsand financial regulations.
