Job Description
Divisional Coordinator
AV has an opportunity available for a Divisional Coordinator to support our Advanced Research & Development Division. The ideal candidate will work onsite (at our Dayton, OH office) and serve as the operational backbone for multiple departments, tracking program financial statuses, managing procurement pipelines, and maintaining seamless collaboration between researchers and functional groups. A highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic is required for success in this role.
Job responsibilities include:
• Facilitate the collection of financial metrics to assist leadership in the generation, formatting, and timely submission of monthly/quarterly program reports and contract deliverables.
• Track budgets for various projects to accurately track labor, material, travel, and subcontractor expenses, project future expenditures, and ensure accurate records and timely execution of budgets
• Working closely with program leadership, research scientists, and functional groups to ensure good communication and awareness across programs that we support.
Requirements:
• This position requires U.S. Citizenship
• Associate's degree in a relevant field with 2 years of relevant experience or 4 years of directly relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to listen, assimilate, evaluate, and summarize
• Working knowledge of government R&D contracting, procurement and reporting requirements

The salary range for this role is:
$64,500 - $98,250
