You will focus on growing the division through strategic land acquisition, entitlement, and development work, ensuring a steady pipeline of projects. Driving sales and closings by maintaining an even flow of starts, sales, and completions is crucial, as is managing product, cost, and pricing decisions to run an efficient and profitable business. Overseeing the division's sales, construction, purchasing, and land departments, you will lead your team to execute business plans, recruit and develop talent, and continuously improve operational excellence. You will also develop and implement long-range land, sales and closings plans, monitor market changes, and build a network of trusted partners to support the division's success. This role combines office work with frequent field visits, balancing strategic oversight with on-the-ground insights to ensure the division's growth and profitability.

Must Haves: - A bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of homebuilding experience in at least 2 different areas of the business such as sales and production OR purchasing and finance
- Experience in a high-level leadership role
- Advanced knowledge of homebuilder software systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analytics systems
- Enthusiasm and passion for the homebuilding industry
- Excited to collaborate in a team environment
- Ability to create excitement and clarity around business objectives and change initiatives
- Exudes active listening, confidence, and respect when communicating with others
