Division Manager of Pharmacy Services
Job Summary and QualificationsThe Division Pharmacy Manager of 340B Program, is responsible for leading the day to day operations of the 340B program. This includes leading the team of pharmacy analysts in adhering to the division 340B policies and standard operating procedures regarding compliant medication procurement and inventory management. The manager will be responsible for making sure the on-going auditing is completed in order to keep the division in compliance with 340B regulations and standards. The manager will work with the Division AVP of 340B Program, Division VP of Pharmacy Services, and the Division Director of Pharmacy Operations to implement processes to meet or exceed all regulatory standards
What qualifications you will need:- Bachelors of Science or Pharmacy Doctorate from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
- Knowledgeable and proficient in the legal responsibilities of the pharmacist to the facility and all state and federal laws and regulations governing pharmacy services
- Three years acute care hospital, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred
- Three years of 340B management, oversight or program exposure in an acute care hospital preferred
- Licensed Pharmacist by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
