The Department of Pediatrics at Duke University School of Medicine seeks an exceptional physician leader at the Associate Professor or Professor level, to serve as the next Chief of the Division of Neonatology. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary, transformative leader to shape the future of neonatal medicine at one of the nation's premier academic health systems. We seek a dynamic leader who can inspire excellence, unite diverse stakeholders around a bold vision, and drive meaningful advances in clinical care, research, education, advocacy, and health outcomes. The next Chief will have a unique opportunity to reimagine neonatal and perinatal care delivery, expand the Division's academic impact, and position Duke as a national leader in advancing the health and well-being of infants and families.

The successful candidate will hold an MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree, be board-certified in Neonatology, and be eligible for medical licensure in the State of North Carolina.
