Partnering with senior leaders across the Wealth and Field Management organization, you'll transform business and financial data into actionable insights that shape strategy, guide investment decisions, and improve performance. You will lead critical business review processes, performance reporting, and planning activities that help leaders understand what is working, identify opportunities for growth, and allocate resources to the areas with the greatest impact.
In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to establish ambitious goals, measure progress, and drive accountability for results. You'll also influence multi-year business planning efforts, helping leaders navigate tradeoffs, prioritize investments, and accelerate profitable growth. What You will Do:
- Lead strategic and operational planning for assigned divisions, partnering with Division and Market Leaders to establish priorities, allocate resources, and develop actionable business plans.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, leveraging data-driven insights, root cause analysis, and tradeoff recommendations to improve business performance and support decision-making.
- Lead monthly performance reviews and business assessments, providing actionable insights, recommendations, and performance improvement strategies to achieve division and market objectives.
- Develop forecasts, targets, and performance projections for revenue, expenses, productivity, and growth, enabling effective planning and resource management.
- Identify growth and performance improvement opportunities through analysis of financial, operational, sales, and productivity data, translating findings into strategic actions.
- Drive reporting, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, partnering with Finance, Human Capital, Analytics, and market teams to deliver insights, monitor progress, and support business goals.
Position RequirementsWhat You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Analytics, Management, or a related field.
- Series 7
- SIE required.
- 7+ years of leadership experience in business performance, strategy, finance, business analytics, consulting, operations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders to develop strategy, establish priorities, allocate resources, and drive business results.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen, with experience evaluating performance data, identifying opportunities, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience leading business reviews, forecasting, budgeting, annual planning, and executive-level reporting to support informed decision-making and performance outcomes.
