Commercial Sales Manager
We invite you to lead a team of high-performing, results-driven outside sales representatives, where our customers' potential is personal.
As a Commercial Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for the following:
Leading People- Hire, develop, and retain staff, creating robust succession plans and developing the next generation of leaders
- Identify goals and objectives, provide regular and candid feedback through evaluations or coaching sessions
Developing Business Plans- Develop sales targets for individual sales representatives
- Understand areas of customer focus, including Sales Building, Staffing, Profitability, and Compliance
Engage with the Industry- Visit key existing and future customers
As a Commercial Sales Manager, you'll learn:
- How to lead following the Servant Leadership model/framework
- How to Participate in food shows, regional customer events, customer segment shows, and customer trips to headquarters to maintain visibility with customers, segments, or associations
Position Requirements:- Four or more years of previous sales or business experience
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data, including profitability models
- Ability to work evening and weekend hours
- Maintaining a valid, unrestricted state driver's license and a safe driving record
- If applicable, must participate in the company vehicle reimbursement program and maintain required insurance levels
