Full Job Description
Overview

Hybrid - DMV Area

The Role

As a District Sales Manager, you are a people leader first. You oversee Core selling teams - coaching Event Sales Specialists and Senior Event Sales Specialists to hit their numbers and grow their careers. Your success is your team's success: measured through quota attainment, rep productivity, client retention, and talent ready for the next level. You earn a quarterly bonus based on your district's collective results - not individual commission. You're the connection between field reps, venue ops, Call Center, and Enterprise. We lead with presence - Lucky Strike Entertainment operates a camera-first policy. All video calls with clients and internal stakeholders require cameras on, and we expect associates to show up polished and professional - that means appropriate attire, a clean environment, and the kind of executive presence that reflects the brand we represent.

What You'll Do

Lead and Develop Your Team
  • Coach and develop Event Sales Specialists and Senior Event Sales Specialists through regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and outreach coaching
  • Hold reps accountable to individual quotas, activity standards, and quality of guest experience
  • Proactively identify high-potential reps and invest in goal-setting conversations that set them up for the next level
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and ramp for new team members joining the Core segment

Own Territory Performance
  • Own total district revenue performance - you earn a quarterly bonus based on your full district's results, including Call Center and Enterprise performance within your territory, not individual commission
  • Use the Landscape Report in Power BI at both rep and district level to stay ahead of performance trends and identify where coaching is needed
  • Manage pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and conversion rates across all reps in your district

Support the Business
  • Attend large events within your district, including venue walkthroughs and food and beverage tastings, to support your team and ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Oversee BEO review and pass-up decisions, and serve as the escalation point for complex or high-value events
  • Distribute territory and office time across the sales offices in your district to stay connected to your team and centers

Partner Across the Organization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with venue ops, Call Center leadership, and Enterprise to ensure every guest gets the right experience

Show Up When It Counts

Field-oriented role - visibility, presence, and connection to your territory and teams is core to how you lead

What You'll Bring

You don't need to check every box - but here's what sets the best candidates apart.
  • Proven background in sales leadership, hospitality management, or a related field
  • Track record of coaching and developing reps to quota attainment and career growth
  • Strong understanding of group and event sales - you know what great performance looks like at every level
  • Data-driven approach to managing a team - comfortable working in Power BI or similar reporting tools
  • Exceptional communicator who can deliver feedback directly, motivate a team, and represent your district with confidence
  • Organized and structured - you manage multiple reps, priorities, and escalations without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and GEMS
  • Flexible on schedule - evenings, weekends, and event attendance are part of the role

Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 + Quarterly Bonus

Lucky Strike Entertainment offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package which includes healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Incentives and/or benefit packages may vary depending on the position. More details regarding benefits are available here: https://luckystrike.hrbenefits.net/
