3-5+ years of multi-unit retail management experience preferred
Experience in thrift, resale, discount, off-price, or high-volume retail
Proven ability to manage and develop Store Managers
Strong understanding of sales, payroll, expenses, and profit-and-loss performance
Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to identify operational problems and take decisive corrective action

Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple high-volume thrift retail locations. This is a hands-on leadership position for a company with 3 locations and expanding in the New England area.
The successful candidate will be visible in the stores, work closely with management teams, recognize opportunities quickly, and follow through until results are achieved.
This position is ideal for an experienced retail leader who enjoys developing people, improving operations, growing sales, and building successful stores.
Work Location: In person at our offices in Natick, MA with travel to store locations
