Full Job Description
We are looking for a high-achiever District Manager to act as the integral link between the Leadership team and assigned district's studios. Primary responsibilities include meeting district sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis, team building, GM training & accountability, goal-setting, roll-out of new policies and procedures, and ensuring that the studios they supervise adhere to relevant company and industry regulations.

Along with overseeing their district of locations, they will be responsible for overall management and performance of their home studio, serving as the General Manager. They will coordinate with the Leadership team and report and make recommendations regarding the teams they oversee. They strive to grow market share and improve customer experiences, and they have a passion for excellence when interacting with clients. The District Manager will need to have prior experience managing and operating a successful studio.

Duties & Responsibilities

Store Operations
  • Achieve and exceed revenue goals within the district on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Execution of in-studio and out of studio events to drive FTC, members, and revenue.
  • Assist in new hire interviews and training, as needed
  • Ensure studios maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Ensures labor standards are being followed within district of studios
  • Attends and contributes to monthly GM Reviews within their district
  • Attends all necessary corporate-led and Revitalize Holdings specific meetings
  • Contributes to the monthly family dinner meeting
  • Ensure all performance reviews and commissions are submitted in a timely manner

Team Focus
  • Coach, develop, and motivate, a highly talented team of GMs, AGMs, and key staff across your district
  • Create a rewarding and positive work environment that leads to high employee engagement and retention.
  • Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations
  • Maintains a direct and efficient line of communication with other District Managers, Regional Manager, and Owner

Strategy
  • Develop and foster relationships with key partners that can benefit the District and Region.
  • Identifies and introduces new ideas and solutions to create efficiency in the operation
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager/Marketing Director in the strategy and creation of monthly sales promos in order to drive studio revenue
  • Travel to all studios in their district weekly to check in with the respective leadership teams
  • Meet with respective GMs on a weekly basis to analyze performance and opportunities
  • Monitors daily studio operations including - refunds, daily sales, first time visits, sales promotion performance, membership cancellations, etc.
  • Distribute new processes, procedures, and programs developed by the Leadership team to respective district of studios
