• Familiarity with retail, food safety, and workplace regulations in the industry.
• Willingness to travel regularly between store locations.

• Oversee daily operations of multiple Express locations for efficiency and compliance.
• Develop strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction across all stores.
• Lead and mentor store managers and staff to meet business objectives.
• Monitor financial performance for revenue management and budgeting.
• Ensure effective inventory control to minimize shrinkage and optimize selections.
• Implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all locations.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to improve product assortment and availability.
• Identify operational improvements to enhance efficiency and lower costs.
• Travel frequently to provide on-site leadership and support.
