Job Details

Manages day-to-day operations, customer service, and logistics activities to support timely execution and service continuity.

Develops operational plans, service frameworks, and process improvements aligned with business priorities.

Manages customer service performance and escalated issues to protect relationships and improve service outcomes.

Monitors service, operational, and financial metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions.

Coordinates internal and external stakeholders to improve end-to-end service execution.

Manages hiring, coaching, and performance evaluation activities to build team capability.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, human resources, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Master's degree in business administration, management, finance, human resources, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

7+ years of experience in shared services, global business services, enterprise operations, finance, human resources, information technology, business transformation, or a related field required.
3+ years of experience in a management capacity required.

Certification in business transformation, change management, or process improvement preferred. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.

Knowledge of live animal transportation regulations and related compliance requirements.
Knowledge of operations, logistics, and customer service processes within a regulated service environment.
Knowledge of current logistics sector challenges, service requirements, and industry practices.
Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage client expectations and support issue resolution during service disruptions.
Ability to analyze operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal formats.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing workload demands.
Ability to use business systems and standard office software to support operations and reporting.
