OverviewYou will manage all aspects of a service and installation organization. It includes responsibility for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement through special projects. You will have P&L responsibility (ensuring that Branch Financial Model targets are achieved), sales of service, install product offerings, adherence to administrative policies and the leadership and development of staff. Reports To: Director of Operations
Principal Responsibilities:- Oversee internal and external customer satisfaction, including identifying customer needs, investigating concerns, providing solutions, and providing executive level communication.
- Cultivate new business opportunities in current or adjacent markets to achieve growth and sustainability.
- Manage multiple branch operations to meet sales and operating income goals. Use balanced scorecard metrics to target improvements.
- Maintain an understanding of the Branch Financial Model and use the Model to manage the Service and Installation Department to an Operating Income target.
- Develop Territory Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and maintain forecast to and manage service and installation businesses to ensure AOP targets are achieved.
- Develop and lead team to facilitate an environment where employees are empowered and willing to initiate process improvements within Branch Operations.
- Direct development for the district, to include support and execution of performance management, succession preparation, and coaching employees.
- Develop and manage the safety culture and behaviors across all levels of branch organization and external contractors; including active participation in safety committees, site visits, inspections, communications, and investigations.
- Collaborate with internal partners in Human Resources, Finance, Corporate Sales Teams, and Safety to ensure quality and compliance to policies, procedures, and regulations.

QualificationsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree required or High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of applicable experience; and 5-10 Years of related experience
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- background in management/supervisory function, in addition to oversight of P&L responsibilities of multiple operations.
- Working knowledge of basic refrigeration or knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC is helpful.
- Successfully manage multiple, competing tasks.
- Strong verbal and written skills, required.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Travel within region as required.
