Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of five years of multi-unit retail operations leadership experience, preferably in the Storage industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Proven track record in fostering accountability within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to frequent interruptions.
• Self-starter who can work independently and lead a team of 20-35 employees.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills are necessary.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 50 lbs.
• Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed.

Responsibilities
