Full Job Description
Your Role

In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted expert and strategic partner within the clinical diagnostics market, driving revenue growth and expanding distributor relationships across an assigned territory. Your deep knowledge of in vitro diagnostics (IVD) and the clinical pathology landscape will be central to shaping how customers adopt and benefit from our diagnostic solutions.

You will design and execute territory business plans, develop targeted campaigns and promotions, and deliver technical training to distributor partners and end customers. By leveraging your expertise in pricing strategy and contract management, you will ensure sustainable, long-term account growth.

This position is remote, with a location preference for candidates in any U.S. location.

You will be expected to travel up to 50% within your assigned territory, with occasional travel across the US and internationally for training and business meetings.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a Business discipline, OR an Associate's degree combined with a Clinical Laboratory Certification
  • 5 or more years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a customer-facing role within healthcare diagnostics, OR 5 or more years of experience working within healthcare diagnostics or IVD regulated diagnostic products
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering technical presentations to diverse audiences


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in immunohistochemistry or a strong working knowledge of the clinical pathology market
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a territory-based role
  • Experience managing distributor relationships and navigating complex, multi-level account structures
  • Familiarity with the global pathology market and relevant business dynamics
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a matrixed organization, inspiring teamwork to achieve shared goals
  • Proficiency with sales tools and technology, including CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and sales analysis software
  • Strong organizational, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills with a detail-oriented approach
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving ability in handling distribution, product, and customer challenges


US Base Pay Range: $115,000 - $181,200

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
