In the role of Distribution Project Manager, we'll count on you to: • Do supervisory-level work as required by assignment • Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projects • Independently coordinate work of professional staff and balance team throughout entire project's development • Coordinate workload through entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule • Communicate effectively with client and /or end use customers on schedules, commitments, project feasibility, timeframes, and expectations. • Prepare work orders and job packages consisting of bills of material, permit coordination and support, requisitions, site drawings and construction drawings for various installations of electrical facilities in a cost-effective manner that maximizes safety and service reliability. • Effective planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling, and monitoring of work activities. • Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule • Work with Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Department Manager for project reviews and with company management as needed • Perform other duties as needed and assigned by management. Preferred Qualifications • Supervisory/Lead experience helpful • Associates or Bachelors degree • PMP certification • Experience in the power industry managing projects Qualifications Required Qualifications • High School diploma or equivalent • Microsoft Office product experience • General background-related experience • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
