Position Summary

The Distribution & Production Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of facility operations, including assembly, production efficiency, workforce management, and overall operational excellence. This role oversees both salaried and hourly staff, driving alignment with company goals for safety, quality, service, and cost. Success is achieved through effective leadership of supervisory, production support, and team leader associates, as well as through strong collaboration with operative associates on the floor.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment, with demonstrated expertise in Lean and manufacturing processes. This individual will champion continuous improvement, streamline operations, and develop high-performing teams to deliver consistent improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Key Responsibilities

Safety & Quality
  • Lead and reinforce a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all safety programs, standards, and regulations.
  • Oversee and drive quality control processes to maintain the highest standards in assembly and product delivery.

Operations & Performance Management
