You'll help lead one of Uline's largest distribution operations in North America, spanning over 2.5 million square feet.
Position Responsibilities- Lead by example on the warehouse floor, working alongside employees to ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity and safety.
- Direct all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
- Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead a team of 500+ employees through daily feedback and hands-on leadership.
- Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement to deliver industry-leading service and same-day shipping.
- Investigate operational challenges, remove barriers and implement practical, data-driven improvements that strengthen warehouse performance.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years leading high-volume distribution operations, including direct leadership of warehouse managers and teams of 400+ people.
- Proven success improving productivity, quality and safety through operational leadership.
- Experience leading with KPIs, performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
