This multidisciplinary group of engineers, architects, and product leaders collaborates to build robust platforms for fulfillment, logistics, and seller experience. Their work includes global supply chain integration, marketplace growth, and customer-focused delivery and returns solutions. Utilizing advanced technology, data insights, and domain expertise, the team ensures Walmart Marketplace remains agile, reliable, and ready to expand across new business models and markets, driving operational excellence and sustained growth.
What you'll do: - Lead and coordinate large-scale technical programs, defining goals, timelines, and key deliverables across multiple teams and dependencies.
- Drive end-to-end system and solution design, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and manage stakeholder expectations to maintain program momentum.
- Implement process improvements and automation to enhance team efficiency and delivery velocity.

What you'll bring: - Extensive experience in program and project management, including planning, risk mitigation, and resource alignment for large-scale, complex initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder engagement to secure buy-in and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong technical expertise in system design, architecture, cloud infrastructure, and software lifecycle management.
- Skilled in process improvement, automation, and driving scalable, repeatable workflows to enhance engineering velocity.

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $156,000.00 - $312,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
