What you'll do...
Role summary:

The Distinguished, Technical Program Manager leads complex, large-scale technology programs by defining goals, managing cross-functional dependencies, and driving clarity in ambiguous situations. This role requires expertise in system design, technical architecture, and program execution to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. The position emphasizes stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement while mentoring team members. The successful candidate will ensure effective communication, data-driven decision-making, and alignment across multiple teams to achieve high-quality outcomes and accelerate program delivery within a dynamic environment.
What you'll do:
  • Lead and coordinate large-scale technical programs, defining goals, stage gates, and key deliverables across multiple teams and dependencies.
  • Drive end-to-end system solution design, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business objectives.
  • Manage program risks, issues, and resource commitments to maintain delivery timelines and quality outcomes.
  • Mentor team members on program management best practices, technical design, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and accelerate delivery.

Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
