Role summary:

The Distinguished, Technical Program Manager leads complex, large-scale programs by defining goals, managing cross-functional dependencies, and driving clarity in ambiguous situations. This role requires expertise in technical design, system architecture, and program execution to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. The manager fosters stakeholder alignment through influential communication and data-driven decision-making while mentoring teams to enhance processes and accelerate delivery. By proactively identifying risks and optimizing resources, this position ensures successful program outcomes that support continuous improvement and innovation across multiple domains.
What you'll do:
  • Define and manage large-scale program goals, stage gates, and key deliverables across multiple teams and timelines.
  • Secure commitments for program scopes, delivery dates, and resources while managing cross-functional dependencies.
  • Lead end-to-end technical solution design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and system scalability.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735: The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $156,000.00 - $312,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
