Qualifications

• Valid FAA Aircraft Dispatcher's Certificate required.
• Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and technical dispatch skills essential.
• Flexibility to work any shift within a 24/7/365 environment required.
• Ability to complete all required ground training for dispatchers.
• Current passport or appropriate travel documentation required for international flights.
• Strong organizational and communication skills necessary.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications a must.
• Minimum age of 23 and authorization to work in the U.S. required.

Responsibilities

• Brief crews preflight and provide updates on weather and conditions.
• Distribute and adjust flight plans and calculate fuel loads as needed.
• Execute flight operations aligned with FARs and company policies.
• Ensure vital flight dispatch information is updated at each shift's start.
• Maintain operational control through effective monitoring of assigned flights.
• Monitor and update flight information systems regularly.
• Initiate emergency procedures when warranted.
• Coordinate with relevant parties during irregular operations and apply MEL/CDL penalties.
