Director, Transaction Management

Job Description Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day transaction management (TM) leadership for a diverse portfolio of properties on behalf of one of our largest national Global Occupier Services clients. Implement the overall vision and strategy of our client and perform to specific metrics as agreed to in collaboration with client. Build an effective relationship at multiple client touchpoints, drive the strategy and tactical responsibilities with urgency, and deliver a broad robust C&W enterprise platform of services to the client. Collaborate with the C&W Account Director on all critical issues and continuously look to improve on all aspects of this service line.
Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Lead the transaction management services team with consistency and with urgency.
-Ensure the Transaction Management team includes the best suited and experienced C&W colleagues and support them in their delivery responsibilities and training.
-In collaboration with our HR business partners, provide on-boarding support and career development training to new team members Offer guidance and recommendations in leveraging all market requirements.
-Develop new and grow existing relationships with client(s), vendors, landlords, and 3rd party partners Track and manage the day-to-day transaction workload of team members and recommend adjustments to the client where appropriate.
-Ensure mutually agreed transaction management processes and tools are utilized and provide leadership in developing and implementing client driven technology platform TM modules.
-Collaborate with C&W and non-C&W brokerage professionals to ensure effective negotiations of business terms for a wide variety of transactions including lease, sale, sublease, and purchase.
-Coordinate with account leadership and markets professionals to ensure proper tracking and reporting of client deliverables.
-Provide suggestions and best practices relating to the transaction playbook (processes, tools, etc.)
-Work closely with internal parties such as Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams
-Identify potential issues, advise the client in a timely manner and take action accordingly Manage or execute special projects, as assigned.

Qualifications:
-7+ years real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
-Experience managing a team
-Experience with high-level, complex transaction management including experience in lease negotiations and strategy

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $ 114,750.00 - $135,000.00
