What You Will Do: - Strategically lead and oversee complex buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms and corporate clients, ensuring alignment with broader investment strategies and value creation goals.
- Drive the development of high-impact Quality of Earnings analyses by synthesizing complex financial and operational data, delivering actionable insights that influence investment decisions.
- Identify and assess critical diligence risks and strategic opportunities, providing executive-level recommendations that inform deal structuring, integration planning, and long-term performance optimization.
- Lead market and industry intelligence initiatives, leveraging competitive benchmarking and trend analysis to contextualize target performance and support strategic positioning in dynamic market environments.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, private equity partners, investment bankers, and legal counsel, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring seamless execution across all phases of the deal lifecycle
- Build and scale high-performing teams, providing visionary leadership, mentorship, and professional development to staff at all levels, while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Nine (9) plus years of relevant work experience with a minimum of five (5) years working in transaction advisory services performing financial due diligence at a large public accounting or consulting firm
- Extensive analytical and project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop relationships with both team members and external clients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications: - Current and valid CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license
