Full Job Description
Centra Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for a Director TME Business Partnerships at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbus, Indiana. This candidate is a leader, manager, and an individual contributor responsible for the following areas of Team Member Experience (TME): Business Partner relations with the Centra Team through all Lines of Business, Recruiting & Selection, and Performance Management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:This position may be required to perform additional duties as requested. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform.
  • Directs business partnering with Team Members and Supervisors in assigned Lines of Business. Provides information, coaching and consulting on a range of human resources topics. Interacts with Centra Team Members to support departments, assess needs, provide problem resolution, and communicates and educates on TME related matters. Enhances Team Member engagement, reduces turnover, and supports TME's mission through business partnering and collaborative TME efforts.
  • Manages the recruitment and selection process. Maintains applicant tracking systems in compliance with employment laws, Centra policies, and TME procedures. Coaches Hiring Managers and TME Business Partners on recruitment and selection. Ensures strong recruiting practices to align with Centra's culture, business needs and goals. Oversees the TME Business Partners facilitation of orientation and onboarding, in collaboration with TME Training and Development, ensuring quality onboarding experience.
  • Conducts investigations on accident and incidents. Keeps Senior Vice President (SVP) of TME and Line of Business Leadership apprised of investigations and collaborates for next steps and resolution.
  • Directs TME Business Partners and facilitates the Performance Management process. This process includes: communication and education to Team Members, job profile development and revision, goal planning and workplans, disciplinary action, performance improvement plans and performance reviews with legal compliance and compliance with Centra's policies and practices.
  • Administers Team Member engagement activities for morale and recognition.
  • Compiles TME information for reporting, quality control and audit purposes. Provides contributions and preparation to all audits of TME information to ensure compliance with employer related regulations and Centra policies and TME procedures.
  • Supervises the day-to-day operations of TME Business Partners. Supervisory duties include performance management, training, development, and demonstrating and cultivating Centra's Vision, Mission, Culture and Core Values.
  • Contributes and supports TME related projects, events, goals, and endeavors as directed by SVP of TME. Partners with TME Training & Development and TME Operations.
  • Maintains ongoing communication with SVP of TME of pertinent problems, irregularities, new developments, changes, and other important information within area of responsibility.
  • Develops and updates TME procedures and recommends potential improvements or solutions to various departmental and Team Member experience.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE - (EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED):
  • Bachelor's Degree in Related Field
  • Five years to eight years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
