Full Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream programs across our real estate portfolio. This is a senior individual contributor / leadership role for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, can hold accountability across large cross-functional teams, and has a track record of delivering at pace in property or built environment contexts.

What You'll Do
  • Own end-to-end programs delivery across multiple interdependent workstreams - from scoping and planning through to completion and benefits realization.
  • Maintain program governance: risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and reporting to senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including asset management, transactions, development, finance, and legal
  • Define programme structure, milestones, and success metrics; hold teams accountable to them
  • Manage relationships with external partners - developers, contractors, agents, and advisors - ensuring delivery against agreed outcomes
  • Identify and resolve blockers early; escalate with a recommendation, not just a problem
  • Produce clear, decision-ready program updates for leadership - not status reports for the sake of them
  • Drive continuous improvement in how program are structured and run

Experience
  • 8+ years in program or project management, with a significant portion in real estate, property, or built environment
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-site or multi-workstream programs ($13M+ or equivalent in scope)
  • Experience working across the full asset lifecycle - development, acquisition, asset management, or disposal
  • Background managing external stakeholders and senior internal executives simultaneously

Skills
  • Strong command of program governance frameworks (MSP, PMI, or equivalent in practice)
  • Commercially literate - able to read a business case, challenge assumptions, and understand value drivers
  • Clear communicator who can translate complex program status into decisions, not updates
  • Confident running Steering Committees and presenting to C-suite or Board level

Mindset
  • Comfortable with ambiguity - able to build structure where it doesn't exist
  • Holds ground on timelines and scope without damaging relationships
  • Treats risk management as a discipline, not a tick-box exercise

Qualifications
  • Degree in Real Estate, Property, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, or MSP certification preferred
