Full Job Description
Director, Technology Operations

What this job involves - The JLL Bank of America Account is looking for a leader to manage our Technology operations. This role must focus on client success, service level reliability and relationship management excellence by proactively anticipating, escalating and resolving technology issues. A strong focus on process optimization will be required and this leader will be expected to develop a high performing team that is highly fluent in the technical aspects of maintaining the ongoing operations
  • Manages all Bank of America technology compliance activities including security scanning, and disaster recovery testing
  • Responsible for incident management activities for the account
  • Coordinates troubleshooting, support, and service for systems, equipment and networks when necessary
  • Manages provisioning and user access reporting
  • Organizes and executes the steps required to onboard new systems to the account
  • Coordinates the interfacing strategies between JLL and client systems
  • Responsible for hardware provisioning and support for JLL BofA account associates
  • Coordinates the accounts relationship with our Technology Support Center (software support)

  • Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (SharePoint, PowerPivot, PowerView, SSRS), Tableau, or similar is highly desired
  • Must be results driven and have outstanding customer service skills - including demonstrated ability to analyze, act, and implement to ensure desired results are achieved
  • Experience with Bank of America and JLL technology environments is highly desirable


Education Credentials
  • This position requires a bachelor's degree in addition to a broad range of business experience acquired through previous work experience
  • MBA or similar post-graduate studies is preferred
  • Additionally, the candidate should have 5+ years of industry experience acquired through previous work experience

Estimated compensation for this position:

128,600.00 - 165,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
