Milton Hershey School (MHS) is seeking a strategic and innovative
Director, Technology Integration and Business Solutions to drive enterprise transformation, business process modernization, technology enablement, enterprise data, reporting, and analytics capabilities, and organizational adoption of emerging technologies. This role will partner across the school to improve how work gets done, enhance decision-making, and advance mission outcomes through process improvement, technology, AI, automation, and change leadership.
This is a year-round, on-site position in Hershey, PA with salary between $136,749.00 - $182,560.00 depending on years of experience, plus an exceptional benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Lead enterprise transformation and business systems modernization initiatives.
- Partner with departments to simplify, standardize, and improve business processes.
- Drive future-state process design, implementation planning, and change management efforts.
- Manage cross-functional projects, stakeholder engagement, risks, dependencies, and implementation readiness.
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Lead enterprise reporting, analytics, and master data management capabilities to support informed decision-making.
- Lead organizational adoption, training, and change readiness initiatives for enterprise solutions and emerging technologies.
- Develop business cases, performance measures, and value realization strategies for transformation initiatives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on business solutions, analytics, modernization, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.
- Significant leadership experience in business transformation, process improvement, technology modernization, or organizational change.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving technology, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Skilled in change management, business process optimization, business intelligence, and digital transformation.
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, and technologies to improve organizational performance preferred.
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
- Candidates must be eager to proactively interact with students through a wide variety of opportunities to engage with them.
