What you need to know about this position:
The Director- System Infrastructure & Security provides strategic and operational leadership for the healthcare system's enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, and information technology operations, which is supported by the development of a modernized, longer term infrastructure roadmap.
Reporting to the Vice President - Enterprise Services, this leader partners closely with clinical, operational, compliance, privacy, and executive stakeholders to develop and execute a technology strategy that supports safe, secure, and high-quality healthcare delivery supporting operations and high-quality patient care 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7).
This position is a salaried position with a pay range of $157,892 - $263,120. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
In this position, the individual would have general working hours of Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm though exact hours may vary to support the needs of our organization and team.
This leadership role is eligible for hybrid work requiring onsite/local to Columbus, IN presence at least 50% of the time.
What the successful candidate will bring to this position:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required. Master's degree in related field preferred.
