Hours per two-week pay period: 80
Compensation: $106,080 Per year starting salary, aligned with internal pay structure and experience
Essential Job Functions: - Oversee nursing staffing levels, scheduling and assignments to meet patient care needs and budgetary constraints.
- Manage nursing budgets, expenses, and resources effectively, optimizing cost-efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Provide clinical expertise, consultation, and support to nurses in complex patient cases or challenging situations.
Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years nursing management experience
EducationCertifications and Licenses - Active MT nursing license
- AORN preferred
