Job Description

You will report directly to our [title] and you'll work out of our [City, State] location on a [Hybrid, On-site, Remote] work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations by ensuring accurate demand forecasting, optimizing inventory, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the SIOP/S&OP/IBP processes are delivering at world-class levels to maximize revenue, reduce costs & inventory, and achieve top-tier delivery performance for our customers.
  • Accelerate team goals/objectives through process and systems implementation, including developing improved maturity in planning tools.
  • Partner and drive alignment across the business to achieve standard processes, ensure adherence to the Honeywell Global Design Model for Supply/Inventory Planning, and fully utilize the Kinaxis RapidResponse planning tool within your business.
  • Create a positive working environment and culture of continuous improvement throughout your organization to achieve the best possible outcome from the supply/inventory planning teams.
  • Support the development of your supply/inventory planning teams through training, coaching and mentoring to increase their skills and capability in readiness for internal progression and succession.
  • Influence product lifecycle events and transitions to ensure the network supply strategy delivers on the product portfolio vitality goals.
  • Attend monthly SIOP meetings to approve the supply plans and to present these and the associated risks and mitigating plans to the Business leadership in the Reconciliation and Executive meetings.
  • Translate business objectives into a deliverable strategy for your team to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage of the product portfolio.
  • Assemble a world-class team, utilizing and deploying Lean Six Sigma techniques, driving continuous improvement activities and achievement of superior performance across all KPIs (Key Performance Initiatives).


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 8+ years of experience in Demand Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management or other Sales Inventory and Operations Planning related functional areas.
  • Proficiency with Demand or Supply Planning tools (e.g. RapidResponse, SAP APO module, Forecast Pro).

  • Master's degree
  • Experience with SAP ERP systems
  • Experience with Kinaxis/RapidResponse supply and inventory planning tools
  • APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPE certification preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate
  • Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers
