Full Job Description
The Director of Supply Chain and Sourcing is a key operational leader responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain performance across demand planning, supply planning, materials management, inventory control, purchasing execution, strategic global sourcing and Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP). This role is accountable for improving customer service levels, inventory productivity, operational efficiency, and supply continuity while ensuring alignment between commercial demand, manufacturing capabilities, and financial objectives.

Major Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the end-to-end Supply Chain organization, including demand and supply planning, global sourcing, materials management, inventory control, and purchasing operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Own and drive the SIOP process and related planning capabilities, aligning demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial plans while improving forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory performance, and overall supply chain responsiveness.
  • Establish KPI-driven operating rhythms, reporting, and analytics to enhance visibility, accountability, and data-driven decision making across the supply chain.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Product Management, Finance, and Customer Service to enable effective execution, improve schedule attainment, material flow, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead materials management, replenishment, and purchasing processes, including MRP, inventory strategies, supplier performance, and sourcing initiatives to ensure supply continuity, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.
  • Drive continuous improvement and scalable process development across planning, inventory management, and operations to support seasonality, new product introduction, and changing market demand.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support strategic initiatives including scenario planning, supply chain optimization, systems improvements, process standardization, and long-term operational and business growth planning, along with other duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience


Work Experience
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience within supply chain, manufacturing, or operations;
  • 5 years' experience as ERP/MRP (SAP) super user
  • Experience leading SIOP / Integrated Business Planning processes
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
