What You'll Be Doing

  • Take full ownership of our supply chain performance, driving improvements in key metrics like On-Time-Delivery and inventory management.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower your Supply Chain and Factory Services teams, building a culture of accountability and continuous growth.
  • Use data analytics to uncover trends, develop a long-term strategic vision, and drive key improvement initiatives across the site.
  • Act as a key change agent, building strong relationships across functions to create a cooperative and high-performing environment.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the factory, our sales leaders, and customers, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment.


What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a similar field, combined with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of experience end-to-end Supply Chain Management, with a proven track record of driving process improvements, is highly preferred
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to lead change, build relationships, and influence others.
  • Strong and effective communication and presentation skills in English.
