Director, Supply Chain & Factory Services, you will do more than just manage operations; you will shape the future of our supply chain and factory services, driving long-term improvements that make a real difference.

What You'll Be Doing- Take full ownership of our supply chain performance, driving improvements in key metrics like On-Time-Delivery and inventory management.
- Lead, mentor, and empower your Supply Chain and Factory Services teams, building a culture of accountability and continuous growth.
- Use data analytics to uncover trends, develop a long-term strategic vision, and drive key improvement initiatives across the site.
- Act as a key change agent, building strong relationships across functions to create a cooperative and high-performing environment.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the factory, our sales leaders, and customers, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment.
What We're Looking For- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a similar field, combined with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
- 5+ years of experience end-to-end Supply Chain Management, with a proven track record of driving process improvements, is highly preferred
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP.
- A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to lead change, build relationships, and influence others.
- Strong and effective communication and presentation skills in English.
