POSITION TYPE : Permanent, Full-time, Day, 75 hours / pay period, 1.0 FTE
SALARY SCALE : $148,438 to $179,923 annually

What would my role be?

Reporting to the Vice-President, Strategy, Quality & Performance,this role isresponsible toprovide strategic leadership in advancing Bruyère Health's organizational priorities through integrated planning, performance management, and enterprise-wide improvement initiatives.

Specifically, this role leads tothe development and execution of annual strategic and operational planning processes, ensuring alignment between organizational goals, priorities, initiatives, and measurable outcomes.This rolechampionsthe advancement of strategy management practices,strengthensorganizational performance frameworks, andsupportsthe successful implementation of key strategic initiatives across Bruyère Health.

This role is also responsible forleading the process improvement function within the organization andprovidingleadership for the Project Management Office (PMO),establishingeffective governance structures, promotingprocess improvement andproject management excellence, and enabling the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.Servesas a strategicadvisor and trusted partner to senior leaders, Board members, teams across Bruyère Health, and key stakeholders, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Themain responsibilitiesinclude:

  • Providingstrategic oversight and leadership to ensure initiatives and projects are delivered effectively, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with organizationalobjectivesand priorities.
  • Developingandevolvingcorporate performance management frameworks to support measurement, reporting, and accountability for strategic outcomes, including progress tracking, risk management, and key performance indicators.
  • Leadingthe development of executive-level reporting and insights to support decision-making, organizational alignment, and continuous improvement.
  • Servingas an internal expert and advisor on strategy deployment, operational planning, performance measurement, and project management practices.
  • Leadingorganization-wide process improvement projects using lean six sigma methodologies and advanced data analysis tools andexpertise
  • Buildingstrong partnerships across the organization to support the successful execution of strategic priorities and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and results-driven performance.


How do I qualify?

Required:

  • Undergraduate Degree inBusiness Administration,OperationsManagementorIndustrial Engineering
  • Project Management Office(PMO)Certification
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), Change Management Practitioner(PROSCI)orAgile Scrum MasterCertification
  • Minimum of seven (7) years ofrelevant experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a leadership role
  • Experience leading change and transformation initiatives, as well as the implementation of complex projects, systems, and strategic PMO functions


Preferred:

  • Master's degree relevant to the scope of position, i.e.Master of Business Administration,master'sindigitalTransformation and Innovation, or other relevant degree
  • Fluent in French and English
