About the Role

This role sits at the center of strategy and execution, partnering closely with the Chief of Staff and leadership team to help translate priorities into measurable outcomes. You'll coordinate core planning rhythm - such as quarterly OKRs, performance reporting, and initiative tracking- while driving high-impact, cross-functional projects from initial scoping through delivery.

You'll play a key role in improving decision velocity by gathering inputs, synthesizing insights, and creating clear, concise materials that enable alignment across stakeholders. Working across go-to-market, product, and revenue teams, you'll act as a connector who ensures strategy is effectively translated into execution.

The role also focuses on identifying operational gaps and collaborating with functional leaders to design scalable processes, while tracking progress on key initiatives to ensure follow-through on commitments and sustained momentum across the organization.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with senior leaders
