About the Role: The Director, Strategic Solutions, is a key revenue-driving role responsible for expanding YPrime's footprint within the pharmaceutical market. This individual will lead new client acquisition efforts while growing and retaining existing accounts through consultative selling and solution-oriented partnerships. The role requires a strong understanding of IRT, the clinical trial ecosystem, disciplined pipeline management, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Responsibilities:- Achieve assigned sales quota and maintain ownership of all sales and coordination activities throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Open new customer relationships while expanding and deepening existing client accounts.
- Accurately build, manage, and forecast sales pipeline activity.
- Prospect for new clients through networking, cold outreach, and other proactive business development strategies.
- Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services aligned to client needs.
- Regularly collaborate with operations, contracts, marketing, and technical teams to support deal execution and client success.
- Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and cross-functional partners to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities entering the organization.

Education & Experience:- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of operational or business development experience selling solutions or services to pharmaceutical companies and CROs.
- Demonstrated expertise in positioning and selling IRT solutions to clinical trial sponsors.
